Our partners BillTrust and UNIPAY make it secure and easy to pay your PMLD Electric Bill on the internet. Here's how. You can view or pay your monthly bills. Pay when you want, how you want and where you want online. Register—or just pay on the fly. Easy. Convenient.
BillTrust One-Time Pay or with Registered Customer Account
This service provides you with an easy way to review and/or pay your Bill online. Instead of receiving your Bill via the U.S. Mail, we will send you an email notification when your Bill is available online.
Simply click the link in the email, sign into Online Billing and you are ready to view and pay your Bill. If you would rather continue to receive your bill in the mail, you can choose the One Time Payment option that lets you make a payment without seeing the bill online.

UNIBANK Online Payment
Type in the Last Six Digits of your 12-Digit Account Number (example: 0#####0) to access your account information.
Online Payment Options: You have three (3) options for paying your bill; either by Electronic Check or by Credit Card or by Autopay.
- Electronic Check: You will need one of your checks with you when you pay your bill online in order to get your account number and the bank’s routing number from it. You will be shown where this information is on your check.
- Credit Card: We accept MasterCard, AmEx and Discover for credit card payments. There will be a convenience fee for each online payment. The credit card service provider charges the fee to your credit card. When paying by credit card, the fee amount will appear in a separate box and will be totaled with the amount of the tax.
- AutoPay: To sign up for AutoPay, add your bill to your cart, and select "Setup Automatic Payments."
